Learning From Others

I have learned something that is very important since school as started... I would not be able to do this without the help of my other teachers. Before school had even started, I observed my co teachers meet with one another to discuss how they were going to get things started. Later, due to the observation requirement for the MAT class, i was able to see what other teachers do as well. I noticed something that i did not know before. I was able to see how much collaboration really goes on. I thought it was all up to me and the teachers don't work together. However, at my school, the teachers love working together and coming up with the weeks lessons together. They say that is helps them get more out of a lesson with many different minds working on it to make it better. It was a very good personal lesson for me. And, that collaboration has really saved me so far.
